There are 5 statuses that BillDr uses.

In Progress- an order that has been started but not yet submitted to customer service
Pending Price- an order submitted to customer service, but has not been processed
Approval & PO- an order returned from customer service with pricing
Total Open- the total of In Progress, Pending Price, Approval & PO, and Pending PE order
Pending PE- an order that has been flagged for a PE, but the PE has not yet been approved
Closed Orders- orders that have a PO applied to it
