To use Mendy CARE you need an invitation from your Doctor or healthcare provider.  When they invite you to the system - you will get an SMS (text) message delivered to your mobile phone (carrier text message rates may apply) with your "Mendy CARE CODE" validation code.  This care code combined with your last name and phone number will allow you to login to the Mendy CARE application.
